Using the Epistle lesson from that particular Sunday, Romans 13:1-10, Pastor Lee’s central focus is found in verse 8 where Paul urges the early Christians to “let no debt remain outstanding except the continuing debt to love one another. For he who loves his fellow man has fulfilled the law.”
